Add-on Options


Booking & Packages

We recommend booking your event at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure the availability of our events. To reserve your date, we require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable and due at the time of booking, please note your booking and date are not secured until this deposit is paid. The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to the event date. If your event is booked 7 days before the event, full payment is required.

Additionally, we require a security bond with your final payment 10 days prior to your event. Security bond amounts are different depending on the size and type of the booking. This bond is refundable upon satisfactory return of all equipment and will be processed within two business days of the completion of your event.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE for outdoor events

We set up your event at the discussed location before you and your guests arrive. Once you and your guests arrive, we leave. You are responsible for everything until we return at the end.

If you decide to end your event sooner than the reservation end time- please contact us with the phone number provided and stay till we arrive back at the site.


Cancellations

We ask you to provide at least 5 days’ notice if you need to reschedule your event for an acceptable reason, change of mind does not consider a valid reason. Cancellations made less than 5 days notice or no shows will not receive a refund.
