Please read our Terms and Conditions before your booking. By making a booking with Simply so Elegant you acknowledge that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

• Picnic area must be clean at the end of the event – please make sure to remove any rubbish;
• If you notice any of the hired furnishings look faulty or unsafe you must inform us immediately and stop using them;
• You are responsible to look after your personal items, we accept no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage of whatever nature, of your personal items during your event.
• Simply so Elegant will check the event furnishings for any issues like damage or loss of equipment at the end of the event, we use the security bond to cover for any cost caused by the damage or loss if these costs are more than the security bond amount the customer will be invoiced for the additional costs.

Authority to Sign

The person who makes the booking certifies that he/she is over 18 of age and authorized to agree to the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons included in the event;
He/she agrees to take full responsibility for the event furnishings along with all the persons present for the duration of the event.
